Study On Personnel Training In Agricultural Science And Technology Popularization; Personnel Training

With the increasingly rapid development of China’s economy, the relevant departments of the Chinese government began to strengthen the development of agriculture, in order to balance the development of the three major industries, at the same time, providing a solid foundation for the development of other industries. The development of agriculture has been gradually moving to the pace of modernization, the development of its core content of modern agriculture is how to improve the technological content of agriculture, and in agricultural science and technology content and the scientific and technological level largely dependent on professionals who are committed to the promotion of agricultural science and technology. We have the planning of the development of talent in the next decade from2010to2020, and the talent to become the primary strategic resources for China to achieve modernization and economic and social development. Promotions of agricultural science and technology personnel are responsible for the spread of modern agricultural high-tech, how to cultivate and improve the agricultural extension technology talent to become China’s agricultural development become one of the important issues. Therefore, this paper carry out a study of the agricultural science and technology talent of promotion in rural areas, this study enriched theoretical knowledge in agricultural science and technology field as well as improve the development of the economic development has important theoretical and practical significance.Firstly, this paper collates and summarizes some important theories, agricultural extension and agricultural science and technology personnel training theory, human capital theory through the study of the relevant literature. Secondly, we also analysis agricultural extension’s status quo of the development through the network data collection method, mathematical statistical analysis method, on-site interviews method and other methods. Agricultural science and technology field exposed many existing problems, such as extreme shortage of rural funds, high-quality personnel and other issues. Finally, we analysis the above problems from the macro level, the meso-level and micro-level and proposed to improve agricultural science and technology personnel training, to promote economic development countermeasures.
