Rural industrialization is the process that in the presence of long-term dual economic structure, setting up and developing industry and other non-agricultural industries within the scope of the rural community, and taking this as an opportunity to transform traditional agriculture, the backward rural economy and even the whole rural society. Under the background of the new rural construction, developing rural industry as the breakthrough point, adjusting rural industrial structure and realizing urban and rural development as a whole have the very vital significance. County administrative units are currently China’s rural basic economic entity, the effective carrier of the urban and rural coordinated development of industrialization, and the economic integration and intersection of urban and rural. How to draw support from the concept of industrialization and sustainable mode of production to act on agriculture on the basis of the county, to explore endogenous county rural industrialization development path, and to realize the early finishment of sustained and healthy development of the county rural industrialization and agricultural modernization have became promote the important topic of development of county economy and the rural economy development in Hunan province.This study use elated theory knowledge of Development economics, Regional economics synthetically, on the basis of existing county rural industrialization for study (chapter1),Take Xiangtan County as an example, analyze the Xiangtan county’s rural industrialization development environment firstly(chapter2); constructs the evaluation index system of rural to assess the rural industrialization level of Xiangtan county from2001to2011secondly (chapter3); then explore the feasibility of rural industrialization development model of Xiangtan county from endogenous, exogenous and integrated three angle (chapter4);And finally put forward relevant countermeasures and Suggestions to promote the development of Xiangtan county’s rural industrialization (chapter5), in order to provide reference for policy making...
