We use three dimensional variable of CEV.CPV.CR divides customers into eight types.From the research methods,we establish evaluation systerm using the method of index factor and use AHP for weight assignment.Final, we use the cluster analysis by spss.We apply and analyse the customer evaluation model in the commercial bank customer classification management,we provide effective management According to the classification of customers. |
