identify and effective service value customers is one task of customer relationship management.we should use different customer relationship management strategy for different values of customer.our domestic banking is changing from "seller-market"to"buyer-market",customer become the bank’s most important resource.This article propose the problems of the bank customers in the retail category management,ombiming heoretical study domestic and abroad,build individual customer value evaluation model. We use three dimensional variable of CEV.CPV.CR divides customers into eight types.From the research methods,we establish evaluation systerm using the method of index factor and use AHP for weight assignment.Final, we use the cluster analysis by spss.We apply and analyse the customer evaluation model in the commercial bank customer classification management,we provide effective management According to the classification of customers.
