China is currently facing prominent pension issues,a rapidly aging population, strongneeds of pension industry, a single pension way for customer and so on. Pension industrysegmentation is not enough, pension products for high-end customers lacking. Includingleisure, entertainment,the high-end real estatefor old-age pension is supported by governmentand gradually developed. However, financing is a major problem, private equity funds(hereinafter referred to as PE) is an endowment for real estate. PE in our real estate pension isfeasible and has better prospects for development.This paper integrates theory with practical examples from the analysis of the feasibility ofthe five parts of the development of the real estate pension PE, respectively, includingbackground analysis to support the theory and market environment, the actual operationalfeasibility, obstacles exist and the final summary, general summary as follows:The first part analyzes the research background and purpose, which introduces the theorywith practice of writing skills, PE research literature review at home and abroad, and domesticdevelopment of PE related policy; Second part,the feasibility of endowment PE on thetheoretical, and a brief summary analysis of PE, the pension industry, housing endowmentconcept and characteristic of PE involved in the paper.Then from three aspects it analyzes thenecessity of pension funds, and points out advantages of our country real estate pensioncombined with PE and the feasibility of operation; Third part depend on “yi yang ai wan” fundsof love projects as an example to carry on the theoretical detailed anatomy, fund operation andproject investment.The pension PE development of real estate in our country was introduced indetail, and the benefit analysis of the other cases on the market to show housing endowmentconform to the development of society, the necessity to development of PE funds,and thefeasibility of PE operating; The fourth part, the pension industry development of real estate inour country is not enough mature, development of real estate pension PE still has someproblems that need to pay attention to and be solved, including fund management talent, exitway, risk management, etc. Finally, this paper summarizes the content. The newest materialmakes the article innovative enough, because of the particularity of PE, there are still somedeficiencies in the study.Through the theory analysis of a lot of materials and full collection ofdata analysis, combined with China’s national conditions, national policy, and provide for theaged and the reality of the real estate development needs, it is concluded that housingendowment PE development feasibility is enough in our country.
