Research On The Process Of Urbanization Of Rural Land Contracting Rights Circulation In Suzhou City

This thesis analyzed the current status of agricultural land contract management right transfer in Suzhou, the successful experience of rural land circulation in Suzhou, the development of rural land shares cooperatives in Suzhou, and the existing problems in the transfer process. Taking Shanglin Village land shares cooperative as an example, we discussed the established conditions of land cooperatives, the effectiveness of land cooperatives, land cooperatives internal governance, business models, as well as revenue allocation. The conclusion was that to improve Suzhou’s rural land contract and management rights transfer, the legal system of land management should be improved, the publicity degree needs to be increased, the behavior of the parties involved in the transfer event should be regulated, the social supporting security system needs to be improved, and an appropriate mode of land transfer should be established, thus promoting the sustainable development of the rural land contracting right transfer in the process of urbanization in Suzhou.
