Based on direct selling channel, D company had strong advantage in low cost and high efficiency and became one of leaders in IT industry. However, the competition is getting more and mor intense and new products appear continuously. D company is facing continuously challenges. After starting the retail channel, D company has achieved great success, but it is still facing challenges from market. In order to maintain the competitiveness, D company decided to put the strategy of improving customer loyalty in the top list and implement NPS testing tool.The goal of this research is to help D company to improve customer loyalty. Based on the situation of retail channel in D company, we hope can build up a channel to keep improving customer loyalty. Firstly, this research introduces the situation of retail channel in D company and the theory of customer loyalty. Secondly, this research introduces the NPS tool and application of NPS in D company. Thirdly, this research provides suggestion and solution based on the analysis and working experience.Based on the analysis, this research provides suggestion and solution such as improving ability of store sales, building intelligent management systyle etc.
