Legal Risk Management Research Of The NXNY Bank

Risk management is the most important core competencies of commercial banks, and the prevention and control of legal risk is an important way to improve risk management and achieve a healthy stable development。In this paper, based in the theory of risk management, and drawing on the experience of legal risk management of advanced domestic commercial banks, I elaborated status and problems of the legal risk management of the Agricultural bank of China ningxia branch, and made some specific improvements, which has a certain reference value for enhancing the bank’s legal risk management.The core of legal risk management is effectively prevent the occurrence of legal risk,and identify, measure, monitor and control timely, to prevent further losses. By combing the compliance philosophy, improving the management system, strengthening the prevention and control of risk, improving the performance appraisal system, strengthening the building of legal team, establish a comprehensive and whole process legal risk management system, effectively improve the level of legal risk management, which will provide an important safeguard for the Agriculture bank of China ningxia branch to create "Features bank, Quality bank, Boutique bank".
