The Study On Deployment And Application Of EAST System In The CBRC Ningxia Office

Information construction of our country banking regulation for a long time lag, the China banking regulatory commission has launched the "Banking Financial Institutions Off-site Supervision System (OSS)" and "Examination&Analysis System Technology (EAST)" construction work and design based on risk, uniform standard, practical and feasible index system of regulatory reports; OSS system, EAST successively in2007and2013. This over for a long time in our country lack of necessary regulatory information tools and instruments, and could give the regulated objects for sustained, comprehensive and effective regulation, and greatly improve the accuracy of the supervision information and supervision efficiency. Because the EAST has just been established, the on-site inspection and supervision work transformation inevitably faces a series of problems. In view of the importance of the supervision, to strengthen the research on the use of the EAST, constantly perfect the construction of the EAST and improve the efficiency of system use has very important practical significance.This paper deeply studies the deployment and application of the EAST in the CBRC of Ningxia office. It start from the theory of financial regulation of macro (refers to financial regulation mainly refers to the supervision of the banking sector), enter the era of information economy dominated by information status of financial regulation, and analyzes the importance of information construction in regulatory work. Finally, it makes emphasis on how to make use of information technology facilities for banking regulatory of Ningxia office, especially in the use of the EAST.
