Especially since the subprime mortgage crisis, themajor losses of enterprise group occur frequently caused by internal control failures, whichled to the sustained attention of all sectors of the Enterprise Group’s internal controlproblems. H Group is a new enterprise group which is approved of establishment by Aprovincial SASAC, and with the current rapid development, also encountered a lot ofpractical problems. Outstanding performance in the enterprise group is management andcontrol capability is not strong, the assets and earnings level is not high, management isextensive, management infrastructure is poor and so on The existence of these problemsseriously impediment the further development of the Group.This article attempts to analysis the presence of H Group in business managementfrom the perspective of internal controls, based on the lack of analysis of the H Group’soperating status quo and tube control, elaborate internal control and operation managementof the inherent relationship, to explore how to further improve the H Group internal controlsystem of the system, especially in the internal environment, control system and riskmanagement.
