Since the reform and opening up,China’s economy has made an remarkableachievements for average10%annual growth rate more than30years.The reform alsomeans the interest relationship adjustment and redistribution between different bodies.Animportant manifestation of China national income distribution pattern is the laborcompensation share in GDP maintained at a low level state. We need an explanation forthis phenomenon.This paper is divided into four parts as introduction,theoretical analysis,empiricalanalysis and policy recommendations.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the relevanttheory and literature,the paper takes the labor compensation share in GDP as the researchobject,discuss the changes in level and historical trend of labor share in dual economicstructure of China,and the comparison with developed countries shows that the Chinesesituation labor share is low. Analysis of the industrial and employment structure of the dualeconomic structure of China shows that,the change of industrial structure and employmentstructure in the national economy has an important effect on the labor share along with thetransformation of dual economic structure.Through empirical analysis, this paper foundthat the pressure of employment,labor productivity between different departments,industrystructure and employment structure is not synchronous,the level of urbanization lagsbehind the level of industrialization and other factors change the labor share significantly.Along with the China Lewis point come and the government pay more attention to theconstruction of people’s livelihood,The labor share of China will rise into the channel.Based on the above empirical analysis of the main factors in China labor share,thispaper put forward the corresponding policy recommendations in the last part.
