Our country is an agricultural country with a large population.Consumption level of farmers directly restricts the level of consumption of the overall.Currently,the overall consumption level of farmers is not high. The consumption structure of Chinese farmers is unreasonable. The consumption gap between the urban and rural residents is widening.Consumption potential of the rural market has not been inspired by.lt does not help to improve the overall level of consumption in our country. This is not conducive to drive China’s economic growth. Consumption levels need strong support from government fiscal policy. The problem that how fiscal policy affects the consumption has been the focus of the academic discussion.And that is also the focus of widespread concern to the government.This paper draws on the views of many experts and scholars.This paper analyzes the consumption characteristics of farmers.This paper describes the theoretical basis and expanding fiscal policy transmission mechanism of farmers’consumption.This paper uses empirical analysis to analyze the current fiscal policy’effect to the famers.This paper identified the relevant issues of the current fascial policies and accordingly put forward relevant policy recommendations.
