This paper from the family business and political purpose, motivation and otheraspects of political influence on the development of family enterprises,research fromthe definition of family business and political view, the enterprise system environmentfamily main political motivation and other related literature and research review. Inthe main part of the dissertation.firstly, the beneficial effects of family business ownerpolitics on the development of family enterprise and adverse effects, and an objectiveevaluation is given; secondly analysis in different system environments,changes offamily business’ political in nature, namely the family business and governmentrelationship; secondly,analysis at all levels of the central and local governmentmonopoly of economic resources and economic resources,multiple protection of largestate-owned enterprises by the background alone resources and market accessconditions, whether the family enterprise development pressure and power will beginto relax? Whether the development direction China further market reforms will be lost,or to put it another way, China family enterprise is only to the "hong ding merchant"of the old road can survive? The last part gives the family business owners shouldpolitical policies and suggestion.This paper obtained the following conclusions by the theoretical and case analysis:First, the institutional environment, the main political family enterprise is a choiceto adapt to the environment, the political tendency of the institutional environment isclosely related with. With the development of the times, the institutional environmentof family enterprises which have also occurred in the history, the family business andgovernment relations have also changed,may generate rent-seeking behavior, resultingin loss of efficiency; may also produce the family business with the governmentincreasing marginal returns depend on each other, mutual win-win pattern. Second,family business owner politics with the institutional environment of the market have asignificant negative correlation. Third, and the development of family enterprises isnot only a political one road.
