Improvement Research Of Hunan Insurance Regulatory Bureau’s Project Management Of The Site Inspection Of Insurance Regulation

With the development of the macro-economy and the financial reform,insurance regulation, as one of the three major financial regulations, plays a greaterpart in promoting insurance market transformation and protecting the legitimate rightsand interests of insurance consumers. At the same time, the insurance consumers areof mounting requirements for intensifying site inspection of insurance regulation andstandardizing the order of the insurance market. At present, site inspection ofinsurance regulation still exist the problem of imperfect time management, unsoundmanagement and organization, poor quality control, and inadequate insurancemanagement. These problems have restricted the realization of insurance industry toserve the overall economic and social situation.According to the work experience of the author himself, the field investigationand the secondary data, this thesis, pointing at the present situation and problems ofthe site inspection of insurance regulation, studies the site inspection of insuranceregulation under the guidance of the theory of project management. Firstly,beginningwith the introduction ofthe siteinspection of insurance regulation project, it analyzesthe present situation of thesiteinspection of insurance regulationproject, and pointsout the existing problems and the causes of the problems, so as to put forward thenecessity of improving the siteinspection of insurance regulation project. Then, interms of the purpose and principle of the projectmanagement of the site inspection, itbrings forward the conceptual design of time, organization, quality and risk in orderto improve the project management of the site inspectionof insurance regulation. Atlast, this thesis proposes to establish security measures ofthe siteprojectmanagementof the insurance regulation from the perspectives of leadership attention or in charge,team building, communication channel establishment, equipment check, supportingpolicies and so on; furthermore， it summarizes and concludes the management of thesite inspection of insurance regulation project, together with more analysis ofdeficiency and expectation of future study.Advancing the conceptual design of the site inspection of insurance regulationproject,by means of project management, is a beneficial attemptto enhance theefficiency of the site inspection of insurance regulation. Besides, it is also of greatpractical meaning for solving the existing problems in the site inspection of insurance regulation and raising the actual working level. And meanwhile, through theexploration of applying the theory of project management to the site inspection ofinsurance regulation, this thesis also wants to improve the author’s recognition of hisactual work combined with theory research.It also means to provide reference forfuture study.
