The Logistics Distribution Center Quota Cost Management Based On Workflow

With the rapid development of social economy, the logistics industry is also quickly developing, which plays a key role in the entire community. Research on logistics costs also become a hot spot and focal point. Logistics distribution center as a hub for the entire logistics supply chain, effective controling and managing the cost of logistics distribution center is important for the entire the logistics industry. At present, the development of time-driven activity-based costing provide a new method for the study of cost management, and workflow technology provides a new way of thinking and management for enterprise information technology. In this paper, by combining activities of time-driven activity-based costing with activities of the workflow model achieve operating cost management information. The main findings are as follows:(1) Based on the theory of time-driven activity-based costing, analysing distribution center activities and logistics cost constitute, establishing logistics distribution center costs quota model based on the time-driven activity-based costing;(2) The establishment of a time-driven activity-based costing associated with the elements in the workflow model, and the design of the system database is implemented in the correlation;(3) Based on the above results, designing workflow model and system data to meeting distribution center the quota cost management;(4) Development to achieve workflow engine system the main of management functions and cost management functions, testing and verifing the validity. Conducive to distribution centers for daily operations and cost management, to facilitate distribution center operations management and optimization based on operating costs.In the paper, quota cost management of logistics distribution center achieves information based on the above studies. When logistics distribution center is executing processes or activities, workflow system achieves cost management. This study provides an idea for the quota cost management of the distribution center, and provides support for managers to develop a quota standard of distribution center, ultimately the operating efficiency of distribution centers is improved.
