Study Of Building Efficient Finance Of Innermongolia

Public finance is building on the basis of market economy, and adapt with market economy. The market economy itself is highly efficient, public finance should be also efficiency. Also, due to the public nature of the financial capital, Emphasis on both the macro-economic and social benefits to maximize the efficient use of their funds but also concern that the micro-effective. The financial resources of a public nature, requiring the lowest cost and fastest speed, the best capital efficiency, that emphasizes financial capital efficiency. Fiscal efficiency determines the level of success or failure of the public finance.Improve the financial efficiency of the public finance and promoting China’s market economic of great significance。 In this paper, in Innermongolia, from three aspects of fiscal efficiency are discussed. Through the analysis of the financial position in Innermongolia Arear, Pointed out that the main problems in the construction of efficient financial and analyze their causes, point out the main measures and ways of how to build the efficiency finance.There are:the transformation of government functions as a prerequisite,to improve capital allocation efficiency as the core, in order to improve the efficiency of capital as a means to financial performance evaluation standards, to strengthen financial supervision for the protection.
