On The Optimization Of The Capital Centralized Management Of SDIC

With the rapid development of China’s economy and the deepening of economic globalization, Enterprise Group has become a process of economic reform in a brand new form of syndication. This form is the inevitable result of social productive forces and the development of market economy. However, compared with the developed economies, China’s enterprise group are still falling behind in the overall strength, there are many problems such as financial management issues. To study how to effectively improve the management level of enterprise groups in China, we must first study how to effectively monitor the operation of the enterprise group of funds, how to effectively improve the efficiency of capital across the enterprise group while using funds with risk aversion and lower funding costs. State Investment Group is facing the same money management issues, so it has important practical significance to study National Investment Group’s centralized funds optimization problem.To begin with the importance of money management for enterprise group in this paper, and use internal capital market theory, the combination theory and asymmetric information theory as the theoretical basis for research, analyze and summarize the features of National Investment Group’s centralized funds, status and existing problems, and points out the necessity of optimizing the funds. Then based on the basic principles of design objectives centralized fund optimization solutions, proposes a National Investment Group centralized fund management optimization programs to play the Group’s overall funding superiority. Finally, this paper puts forward specific safeguards of National Investment Group centralized fund optimization program for implementation.This paper tries to solve the practical problems of centralized fund management in National Investment Group, use SDIC Finance Limited as the core platform for fund collection and transfer, use capital management information system as the carrier of centralized capital management system, from the aspect of Management effectiveness and institutional characteristics,it has met National Investment Group’s practical needs, it also can become one of the important means to strengthen the financial management and shape the core competitiveness. Meanwhile it also provides a reference of centralized management of funds for other large enterprise.
