| China is in an important period of economic transition now, technologicalinnovation is strategic stress of economic development. The high-tech small andmedium-sized enterprises are the main power to realize the technological innovation andthe transformation of productivity of scientific research. The high-tech SME also play animportant role in enhancing the competitiveness of our country.Financial support is an important guarantee for the development of the high-techSME. In recent years, the government and financial institutions pay more attention to thehigh-tech SME. High-tech SME’s fiscal and taxation policy, financial products, supportmode have been improved. However, the environment for the development of High-techSME is still not optimistic. Financing has become the bottle neck of developing thehigh-tech small and medium-sized enterprises. Therefore, the research of financialsupport to High-tech SME has important theoretical significance and practicalsignificance.This paper, focusing on the perspective of financial support, is to improve thefinancial support and solve high-tech SME’s financing difficulties. First this paperre-definition the high-tech SME, adopt theoretical analysis to the relationship betweenhigh-tech SME and financial support. Then this paper analyze the current status ofChina’s financial support, focusing on four aspects.Finally, based on the experience offoreign countries and the situation of our country, the author puts forward the improvingideas of financial support system and the detailed suggestions. |
