With the acceleration of urbanization process in China, the urban functions arematuring," Business,Tour,Culture " Commercial Street has become an important symbolof urban development by all levels of government across more and more attention. Thegeneral level of economic and commercial district of the city reflects the degree ofprosperity, and the " Business,Tour,Culture " Street is not only the city commercial districtmicrocosm, but also highlight the charm of the city culture, attracting residents and touristseyes and feet. This study chose South LuoGu Lane neighborhood as research object, thishistoric city that Beijing has a unique cultural charm. Secondly, in the history of SouthLuoGu Lane is the only preserved, the largest and most resource-rich checkerboardtraditional residential area, with strong historical and cultural conservation values. Inaddition, South LuoGu Lane reputation in the alley as a commercial district from theBeijing Olympics, not only a strategic location, but in recent years many newneighborhoods inject culture, the integration of more casual tourist and cultural creativityfresh blood.Through literature review, hypotheses, and hypothesis testing questionnaire, developedfor China’s "Business,Tour,Culture " commercial street gathering impressions, to extractthe gathering impression four dimensions: store portfolio impression, historical andcultural impression ambience impression and convenience impression. Empirical studiesvalidate these four characteristics impression with the intention of customers throughoutthe affected part is relevant, but also calculates the impact on customer patronageintentions of strength. Finally, according to the research results, combined with thepractical problems South LuoGu Lane Street put forward the corresponding feasibilityproposal and provide inspiration for the future management of " Business,Tour,Culture "street for developers and managers.
