Bankruptcy reorganization is a legal system which makes the enterprise relive withapposite condition.New Bankruptcy was implemented for more than six years, and morethan30listed companies completed in bankruptcy reorganization. However, whether thecompanies after the bankruptcy reorganization really relive or not is still worth studying.From the current situation, as "shell" of the scarcity of resources, re-engineering companiesmostly have retained the status of listed companies. On the other hand, some of them stillneed a second or third reforming. It shows that restructuring is not as successful as it lookslike.The thesis will briefly discuses the basic theory of enterprise performance evaluation.Then to establish an evaluation system for the performance of public corporations’bankruptcy, analyze the differences between theory and reality and put forward thesuggestion on how to precept the public corporations’ bankruptcy.
