With the increasing openness of China’s financial markets and the banking industry is facing the living environment and the competitive environment is also changed accordingly. In the case of a large number of foreign banks to enter the competitive situation and the evolution path between commercial banks also will be new changes, One of its main performance is the focus of the competition from products, services gradually turned the competition around the customer, especially in high-quality customers in this scarce resource. Face the dual pressures of fierce market competition, banking and business philosophy transformation, How CBD banks remain invincible in the competition, customer resources, how to build their own customer relationship management system to meet the requirements, how to create customer value orientation and implementation of consumer psychology-oriented "fine marketing" model, is the aim of this article. This paper selects2010-2011figures of Shandong, Suzhou, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shenzhen, Shanxi, Hebei, Anhui, Yunnan as a representative sample of primary branches, through data collection, literature review, focus and targeting system built around client identification and acquisition, customer value mining, customer relationship maintenance, system support and application-level analysis of the survey line five individual customer relationship management deficiencies; Product, channel two factors as the main line, analyze the impact of customer relationship management effectiveness of individual internal factors and concluded that the successful experience of managing customer relationships through induction of foreign banks implemented, the problems for the CBD bank made specific recommendations.The innovation of this paper is that the customer relationship management theory to practical work CBD bank personal customer relationship management, guiding the bank to improve the situation of personal business customer relationship management, customer relationship management to improve the level of personal and competitiveness; build a "personal customer relationships management analysis System ", and select nine CBD bank branch level to investigate individual cases of customer relationship management, a comprehensive analysis of the problems and shortcomings of its existence in the personal customer relationship management; through the CBD bank how cultivating customer relationships, its sustained growth in force in the battle for customers, maximize value and lasting healthy development of effective measures proposed, which measures customer relationship management also for other commercial banks, expanding personal business, and create differentiated marketing advantage with a reference.
