Affecting the real estate industry as a business development among the most fundamental of manyfactors, the most important factor, financing problems problem has been more and more aware of thereal estate enterprises. Many of the Chinese population in this particular country, the house is one ofthe most important issues related to the life of the people, so the state government departments andvarious functional departments attach great importance to the development of the real estate industry,and frequency control efforts in recent years are gradually strengthened. Impact of nationalmacroeconomic policies for the development of the real estate business is growing. As a real estatefinancing business development support force, its difficulties are gradually revealed. With the risk ofbank commercial loans increased year by year, the major banks started to reduce the amount of loans tothe real estate business; while China’s high prices make selling the real estate business there is aproblem, you can not make a timely return of capital, thus affecting the real estate business long-termdevelopment. As the backbone of the financing market, the stock market higher entry requirements,only a few large-scale real estate enterprises can achieve IPO standards, and Chinese real estate industry,most companies or SMEs, and therefore can not open the IPO of the road, so eyeing the backdoorlisting of the road. I hope that through the backdoor listing of shortcuts to avoid the higher IPOconditions to ensure their financing channels, to promote the development of enterprises, enhancecorporate value.
