The core of the competition of comprehensive national strength is the economic strength. The people of extraordinary abilities have been playing more and more important roles in the development of companies. Big corporations have begun to pay more attention to make use of the processional people who could contribute a lot to their companies. Therefore, how to improve the companies’professional people strategy is becoming more and more important. Nowadays, the Human Resource work practice in companies and Human Resource academic studies have both been improved. Companies should build their own scientific compensation benefit system because in fact most companies in China can not stimulate their staff members enough to work efficiently due to the comparatively low-level compensation benefit management.Taking the NL Corporation as an example, according to related theories about Position Sequence and Sequence Hierarchy, with the methods of Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis, and so on, the paper has found out the problems in NL Corporation’s compensation benefit management. The NL Corporation should adopt the new kind of compensation benefit standard based on the position sequence and sequence hierarchy to redesign the compensation benefit system. The paper has taken many factors into consideration such as the outside competitiveness and the inside fairness, and also the company’s endurance capacity and the future development factor in order to build a scientific and achievable compensation benefit system which can play an important role in improving the HR work and attracting more professional people.
