With the rapid development of information technology, in order to achieve thefunctions of data entry, query, statistics, improve work efficiency, most of ourindustries are basically constructed hundreds of millions of databases. In order topredict the trend of the future from the existing data,We must pass the appropriatetechnical means, in the face of the vast amounts of data, and find that the data existsin a variety of rules and relationships, and then make decisions favorable to enterprisedevelopment. Data mining techniques emerged. The hot issues of the database fieldsand artificial intelligence research is data mining. Data mining is a decision supportprocess, revealing previously unknown, implicit and potential value of the non-trivialprocess information from large amounts of data in the database. Classification,clustering, regression analysis, association rules are methods commonly used in thedata analysis.As we all know, data mining is applied to many fields, which using datamining technology to analyze the company’s financial position is very common andimportant.With the increasing competition in the construction market, the traditionalmanagement approach is increasingly unsuited to the basic requirements of themodern construction enterprises with a higher level of IT as a support constructionproject management trends. Although the past few years of building enterpriseinformation developed by leaps and bounds, the degree of information of some of ourcurrent construction enterprises also just stay in the level of disclosure of the news, ITapplication not coordinated at all levels. As we all know, the working capitalmanagement maintains the survival and development of enterprises, and in otherwords, it plays a very important role in the enterprise management activities. Butworking capital management is more important in construction enterprises, becausethe construction business is typical capital-intensive industry, large investment andlong payback period. With the gradual deepening of economic globalization,enterprises must speed up the pace of working capital management information. Usingdata mining technology in the construction industry information construction, it isimperative to provide some support for management decision-making.This paper begins with a comprehensive collection of data mining, workingcapital management as well as the construction of enterprise information. These lay the foundation for the study based on the analysis and application of data miningconstruction enterprises working capital. This article looks at how data miningtechniques explore the working capital management of construction enterprises.Firstly, This Paper discusses the theory of data mining、classification algorithms aswell as working capital. Secondly, This Paper discusses the data mining models andmethods of construction enterprises working capital. Thirdly, We build a data miningapplication platform of working capital. The paper discusses a three-tier architecture,and discusses the data mining working capital application platform of the layers of themajor features in detail. This paper discusses the data mining working capitalApplication Platform specific implementation process and the function of each layerdesign in detail. Finally, applied the data mining application platform of workingcapital to the construction enterprises,by finding the valuable relationships and laws,we find the date mining can play a supporting role, and provide decision-makingsupport.
