With increasingly fierce competition in China’s financial industry, the state-owned commercial bank facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. Is the competition between Banks is changed in the competition for increasingly scarce customer resources. So, the problem of improving customer satisfaction has become the bank between enterprises facing an important and urgent issue. How Banks are more efficient and better services for retail customers? How the cost of human resources co., LTD., staffing, limit conditions, deal with business rapid development and the contradiction between cost control, staff shortages? How to build a customer manager, the lobby manager, financial manager, etc. Professional marketing team, and make the counter staff and professional marketing personnel’s joint marketing? Cannot change the circumstances, the systemic process in the face of their own business operation pressure, how to combine their own actual situation, process reform and innovation, improve the efficiency of the business to handle, and handle local innovation, and global unity of problem? Treatment effect of these questions for the Banks to save costs, attract and retain valuable customers, while increasing revenue, market share, increase morale, improve customer satisfaction plays a vital role.F branch of agricultural bank of this paper, taking as the research object.First of all,F branch of agricultural bank of analyzed the existing problems influence customer satisfaction;Second,Using the analytic hierarchy process (ahp), together with the present situation of F branch, set up evaluation index system of customer satisfaction by F branch of agricultural bank and has earred on the empirical analysis;In the end,Aiming at the problem of F branch of agricultural bank of effectively improve strategies are put forward. Hope can effectively help F branch to improve the existing problems, and enhancing its comprehensive competition ability in the industry.
