The Research On The Development Process And Prospects Of Asset Securitization In China

Asset securitization of assets by converting into securities, so that assets can flow up, is the assets which financial institutions or enterprises owned recovery long period of time, but the future can receive periodic cash flows from the asset, after packaging, structural change, the credit enhancement process can become tradable securities in the market for financing process.With the development of Chinese economy, the conditions of China implement converting assets in securities gradually mature,in the background of domestic financial need to increase financial reform and innovation,study on the development process and prospects of assets securitization of domestic, has theoretical significance and important practical significance.In this paper,study the development situation of foreign asset securitization firstly,introduce the details of assets securitization,analyze the development and prospect of asset securitization of domestic,compare the three major asset securitization mode of our country,mainly analyze the credit asset securitization,and make a detailed case analysis of credit asset securitization which issued by the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China in2013, the assets in the securities of our current problems and places for improvement.Finally,advance the suggestions of implement asset securitization in China,and the future of Chinese asset securitization.
