Since the1980s, customer-oriented, and strive to meet customer needs and expectations, the pursuit of customer satisfaction and rapidly developing new concepts of operation and management of customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction can have a positive marketing effect, such as promoting customer repeat purchase, affect customer retention and loyalty, market share and enhance profitability and so on. These positive effects become an important source of competitive advantage, so more and more companies put customer satisfaction as a business successful performance indicators.Important indicator of China Mobile in2001that put customer satisfaction as operating assessment, in2003started a nationwide operation and assessment of mature, post it is important KPI assessment indicators annually to continue to strengthen the importance of the pattern. However, the assessment of customer satisfaction can not be completely guided Chinese mobile marketing concepts strategic shift to customer satisfaction, especially in the data business marketing. As the war intensified communications market share, marketing costs increased communication operators, revenue has been far from new markets can not support the revenue growth, the contribution of mining to become customer focused marketing, data services is a top priority, and customer satisfaction as the center of the strategy is bound to be adopted.Based on the current situation in Gansu mobile communications market analysis, in-depth study of Gansu mobile marketing problems and proposed solutions from several aspects of the product, service, pricing strategies, marketing channels, promotion, etc., and finally put forward a viable marketing program of Gansu mobile data service marketing.
