| Gansu Branch of China Mobile is founded in1999, it has been in the market dominant position in the province. With the rapid development of mobile Internet, the company is changing structurally in the size, business customers and operating income. The volume of data flow is increasing gradually, but the problem what the volume of business and income collection do not match is getting more and more serious. How to enhance the value of data flow becomes the most important problem, it will decide the future development of the company business.This paper mainly analyses the status of data flow operation in internal telecom operators industry, then dissects problems and causes on data flow operations in China Mobile Gansu Branch. Meanwhile it combines the internal and external environment, and takes advantage of opportunity, so we propose the strategy of data Flow operation for the company.
