In the global energy, coal has been occupies a unique position. In our country,relying on coal economic development is still the main melody. Held in November2013,the third plenary session of the eighteenth put forward:"to speed up the reform ofresource taxes and environmental protection FeiShui, saving energy to reduce carbonemissions, speed up the integration of the energy industry." In today’s world economicintegration, international energy competition attack inside and out with the reform of thedomestic policy make China’s coal industry is facing unprecedented predicament. Howto make up70%of primary energy in our country’s coal found in the predicament of thedevelopment of the new way has become a problem can’t run away. Capital operation isthe application in production operation in the improvement and development of a wayto improve enterprise management efficiency, whether in theory or in practice capitaloperation has attracted people’s attention, in the process of enterprise development andexpansion has played a important role. This paper argues that capital operating isthrough various methods (such as financing, mergers and acquisitions, debt, etc.) toenliven the enterprise capital, to become idle for use, change bad for profit, one to two,realize the enterprise value increment, achieve the goal of value maximization.
