Based on the National Science Foundation Project, the geological structure, climate in Daxinganling along the China-Russia crude oil pipeline was analyzed, the characteristics of wetlands and vegetation in Daxinganling were studied, the Permafrost Distribution along China-Russia crude oil pipeline were summarized, permafrost engineering geological survey data and the existing meteorological observation station data were used, the correlation between air temperature and ground temperature was discussed. The temperature model and geothermal model were establish, the geothermal observation data and geothermal statistical model were compared. The distribution for permafrost ground temperature along the crude oil pipeline was proposed with finite element method, climate change in Daxinganling area was researched using numerical simulation, the expansion of frozen soil temperature field and different annual average surface temperature and permafrost temperature were used to predict permafrost thickness in 50 years and 100 years, and the boundary change of permafrost existence was provided based on the surface temperature.
