The gas reservoir which is of "broad review" type of hydrocarbon generation, "large-scale" into the reservoir is the low permeability, density, low pressure and lithological hydrocarbon reservoir in the upper Paleozoic Ordos Basin. In the background of the "broad review" type of hydrocarbon generation, "large-scale" into the reservoir and cover a wide range of developmental in the whole Ordos Basin, the reservoir development features are the critical research in the gas reservoir exploration stage. The study area is of the 1200km, which is located in the eastern part of the Yanchang gas field in the southeastern Shaanxi Slope of Ordos Basin. It had been found out the target strata that the gas reservoirs are very developed in the preliminary exploration stage. However, when the gas reservoirs had been of the strong heterogeneities conditions, the effective reservoir distribution is still not recognized. In addition, there are few studies which are of many basic geological researches, such as the gas reservoir interpretation models, the efficient distribution of reservoir characteristics, the gas accumulation, the main factors of enrichment regularity and the prospects prediction standards. Therefore, the subsequent efficient gas field exploration and development scale are affected by above-mentioned factors.Research subject is the Shanxi Formation in Permian of the Upper Paleozoic in this paper. Based on the results of previous studies that were of the evolution of the basin, sedimentary background and so on, It is probed the main direction of enrichment regularity about the gas reservoirs through the basic geological research and the gas reservoir characteristics of establishing coupling relationship among as the gas reservoir distribution, reservoir development, reservoir pressure and other parameters. By the drilling, coring, analysis, testing, well logging and other information, the author researched the reservoir lithology characteristics, physical characteristics, pore structure, pore type and the reservoir diagenesis, who completed the relationship between the lithology and the electrical characteristics, then established the appropriate model. By means of analyzing the gas reservoir development characteristics and the main controlling factors, It is established the prediction standards that used for the exploration and development of the gas reservoirs favorable area. Hereafter, It is discussed the gas reservoir enrichment regularity and provided the theoretical support and the technical accumulation for the gas exploration and subsequent research. On the basis of the type of gas reservoir trap studies, the author discovered the main controlling factors that be able to accumulated a gas pool, which are of the reservoir thickness and porosity via studying the coupling relationship among as the gas reservoir parameter distribution, reservoir distribution characteristics, flat distribution of reservoir properties, reservoir pressure, et cetera. In the porosity of more than 6%of the reservoir, reservoir thickness and gas reservoir well production was proportional relationship. Compared to the main producing reservoir is of the S23 in the whole field, the main gas reservoirs located in the upper part of Si in the study area. It will be able to a successor producing reservoirs in the lower part of Shanxi Formation. Based on enrichment regularity, the gas-rich regions of each subzone of the Shanxi Formation were rung out, Class II rich region over an area of up 519.5km2,31.58%of the total area,11.1%efficient enrichment zone of the total area.
