Because of the characteristics of safety, environmental protection and high efficiency, the traditional explosion source has been gradually replaced by the non-explosive source in some areas, and the vibroseis has become the main equipment for petroleum exploration. The baseplate is one of the key device of the vibrator and it has an important effect on the vibrator through improving the performance of vibrator baseplate in the accuracy of the oil and gas resources exploration. This thesis according to the requirement of vibroseis exploration of oil and gas resources, and based on the domestic and foreign investigation of the vibrator baseplate study, research the feasibility of improving the performance of the vibrator, with taking the topology optimization method for KZ-28type vibrator baseplate, and on the basis of the criterion of vibrator baseplate, use the kinetic study method to study the performance of the new structural plate. The main research is as follows:(1) Present the structure topology optimization parameters of plate controllable vibrator. According to the composition and working principle of KZ-28type Vibroseis vibrator system, this thesis established dynamics model and the energy transfer rate mathematical mode of the vibrator system. Through the analysis, it got that the quality and stiffness of the vibrator baseplate is the main parameters which have important effect on the performance of the baseplate. Then put forward the idea of optimization of the parameters using the baseplate’s quality.(2) The application of structure topology optimization method of baseplate optimization. According to the principle of topology optimization, carry out the I-steel baseplate structure topology optimization and simulation research, and according to the calculation results, a new structure baseplate was designed.(3) The research on the performance of the baseplate before and after the optimization. According to the performance evaluation parameters, carry out the dynamics research of the baseplate before and after optimization; through contrast the performance parameters of the baseplate before and after the optimization, the optimized baseplate ’s deficiencies is obtained and determined the improvement direction structure.(4) Improving the performance of baseplate and the proposed of a well shaped structuret baseplate. According to the results of topology optimization and demands of the plate structure design, the performance of the plate after the structure improvement is studied by using the same baseplate performance research method. By comparing the performance parameters, the parameters of the third baseplate was improved, and based on this research, a new well-shaped structure baseplate with good performance was presented. Through the research results of this paper, the application of topology optimization design method for developing the structure optimization of the baseplate and puts forward an effective way to improve the performance of vibroseis.
