Study On Small - Scale Tectonic Treatment In Pengyang Area

Pengyang area is located in the southwest part of Erdos Basin. Surface and near surfacecondition in Pengyang change dramatically. This area shows relief surface, ravine horizon,great difference of elevation and complicated seismic geological condition. SNR of Seismicdata acquired in Pengyang is very low. Therefore, the data processing is a difficult job.Based on the development status and prospects of seismic exploration technology in westernPengyang, combing with the urgent needs of Changqing Oilfield, data processing technologyin loess region is studied in this paper, especially the technology targeted at Mesozoic. Themain difficulties of data processing in this area are statics correction, low SNR and poorsurface consistence. Besides, because of the complex subsurface structure, plane waveimaging is also a main problem.Development status of loess data processing technology is fully studied in this paper. Targetedat the key technology and difficulties, the research scheme is drafted. After studying the keypoints of data acquirement, data processing and data interpretation, processing technologysuitable for the loess tableland is developed eventually. By applying the data processingtechnology in Pengyang area, small structures are depicted, and new geological knowledge isobtained.
