Mo10region is located in the southern slope belt at Mosuowan uplift, it is surrounded by oil source depressions, holds rich oil and gas resources, located at a favorable structural position with favorable reservoir conditions. It is a favorable region for hydrocarbon migration and a great exploration potential of the area. Sangonghe Formation of Mo10region has complex hydrocarbon accumulation. The lithology changes rapidly horizontally. Clarifing the oil sands boundaries is one of the critical success factor of restricting oil gas exploration. This thesis was based on3D seismic data of MO10region and through fine seismic layer labeling definition, the sequence stratigraphic framework of Jurassic was built up. Fine structure interpretation was carried out on the purpose layer of Sangonghe Formation, region’s whole construction is a monoclinic uplifting, extending from southeast to northwest. The stratigraphic relief form moderately changes and the layer thickness varies uniformly. The distribution of large-scale fracture was reestablished, determining the basic structural feature of research region. Southeastern region developed a large nose strcture, which had been cut by NW-GW and NW-SE fracture. There are6new structural traps has been founded, and the total trap area is33km2. Based on the drill logging data, detailed structural interpretation was used for each trap. After Analyzing logging responses of underground reservoir, constrained inversion and seismic attribute analysis were used for forecasting characters of reservoirs and hydrocarbon detection. The methods of curve reconstruction improves the accuracy of prediction of reservoir. As for the problem of low seismic resolution and difficulty in implementing sand pinch-out line, spectral decomposition technique and forward modeling technology were combined to have a fine depicting characterization of the oil sands pinch out line. Integrated with sedimentary facies, based on morphological structure, reservoir prediction, attribute analysis sand pinch-out boundaries, the distribution of oil sands was predicted. Eventually, beneficial exploration areas were pointed out and the program of extended appraisal well was presented, laying the foundation of further evaluation and development programs in MO10region.
