| Pipelines earring oil or natural gas along mountain areas are subjected to geologyical hazard uaually. Because of laying shallowly, the thin pipe wall, the hazard liquilds in pipe and the high frenquency of geologyical hazard in mountain areas, the pipelins are often in an insecure state. So preventing the geologyical hazard is an important job for pipeline safty management. The monitoring and early warning of pipeline geologyical hazard is one of links of pipeline safty management job. Sichuan-East gas transmission pipeline has been put into operation since2010, but it has never been on gas pipeline soil erosion research. So along the pipeline the soil corrosion and the corrosion mechanism are not very clear.According to the characteristics of Sichuan-East gas pipeline, including the long distance and complex geological conditions, this paper uses a combination of indoor and outdoor experiments, and field buried data combined with numerical analysis to study and apply the monitoring and early warning technology of pipeline geologyical hazard:(1)Investigating and surveying geologyical hazard of ChanYu to EXi of the Sichuan-East gas pipeline, summarying the characteristics of geologyical hazard in Sichuan-East gas pipeline.(2)Summarying the monitoring technology of geologyical hazard which can be used to pipeline, putting forward a monitoring method system of pipeline geologyical hazard based on hill-creep preliminarily.(3)Using the comprehensive evaluation model about the soil corrosion, Sichuan to East gas transmission pipeline soil corrosion evaluation software was built. Soil corrosion data along the Sichuan-East Gas transmission pipeline were put into the software and calculated.(4)Through the analysis on the main factors influencing the soil corrosion of Sichuan to East gas pipeline, the mitigation measures were proposed from the anticorrosive coating and catholic protection. |
