Adiabatic process generally exists in slowly varying physical phenomena, which is an important ideal process. We focus on the accelerated adiabatic process and shortcuts to adiabaticity in order to implement robust energy conversion of light fields in this paper. The theoretical foundation of adiabatic shortcuts inchudes counterdiabatic compensation on method、transitionless quantum driving and lewis-Riesenfeld invariants,which not only achieves high efficient population transfer of atomic and molecular transitions, but also accelerates the population transfer process. The complete energy convertion of robust waveguide coupling and sum frequency using quantum theories and methods in shortcuts to adiabaticity has been discussed.By using counterdiabatic compensation method and Lewis-Riesenfeld invariant, the robust population transfer process of double waveguide coupling which is analogous to the evolution of quantum system has been researched. Three modes coupling which is analogous to the STIRAP of atomic transition have been investgated using transitionless quantum driving and Non-Hermitian adiabatic shortcut.Based on the QPM technology and the counter diabatic compensation approach in quantum physics,we propose an optimal scheme that the signal field completely converts into the sum frequency field under the condition of the superadiabaticity. With the geometric rotation plane designed,we subtly reveals the physical mechanism of the systems before and after adding a counter diabatic term; The property of the energy conversion which is analogous to the elastic collision is explained for the addition counter diabatic compensation. With the help of Bloch vectors in atoms physics, we can clearly show the physics process of the complete energy conversion and the physical mechanism for the shortcuts of the superadiabaticity from a new perspective. This new scheme can optimize adiabatic process, shorten the coupling region and nonlinear crystal length, reduce the influence of the dispersion effect, and also implement the robust efficient energy conversion under the condition of relatively weak pump intensity. Not only does this scheme provide a good theoretical basis for the design of nonlinear optical devices, but also its physical thoughts can be widely used in many other fields.
