Water is the basic material condition for the survival and development of human society. In many regions and cities in northern China, dry early, and semi dry area, groundwater has become an important and even only for water supply. Nehe city is located in the northwest of Heilongjiang Province, is the main food production base in Heilongjiang province. People’s life and the development of industrial and agricultural development of groundwater resources demand is increasing, the unreasonable exploitation of groundwater, resulting in a decrease in the local groundwater level, to carry out water-saving and increase food projects, the rational development and utilization of groundwater resources in Nehe city. Therefore, the evaluation of groundwater resources in Nehe City, and put forward the reasonable development and utilization plan of groundwater in Nehe City, which aims to provide scientific basis for the development and utilization of groundwater in this area.Based on the action of water saving and increasing food in Nehe City, this paper analyzes the geological and hydrogeological conditions of the project area, and analyzes the effects of regional groundwater resources and water saving and increasing grain on the regional groundwater by the means of the data collection and field investigation, and provides the basis for the comprehensive utilization of water resources in Nehe city. The main results are as follows:(1)The basic data of the study area are collected, and the hydrogeological conditions, groundwater type, groundwater dynamic law and groundwater chemical characteristics are analyzed and studied. By means of data analysis, it is concluded that the water level in the area is kept in equilibrium, and the trend is not obvious. Hydrochemical characteristics of the study area were analyzed by means of investigation and sampling analysis, results showed that, water quality in the study area to meet the irrigation and drinking standard, comprehensive evaluation of drinking water wells are good, poor two comprehensive evaluation of irrigation wells, the two were iron content is higher, which he Zhen Long Green grassland ammonia also exceeded, while others were good.(2)The groundwater resources in the study area were calculated. The results were 12958.5×104m3/a, the average recharge modulus was 6.895×104 m3/a·km2 and the average recharge modulus was 6484.66×104m3, which can be mined. From the region, nemor River to east to the north old Lai River regional supply conditions are poor, nemor River to North Lao Lai River west of the region center, nemor River to South Regional recharge conditions better.(3)According to the analysis and research of water saving project, the groundwater level is predicted, and based on the calculation results, the development and utilization of groundwater resources in the study area is evaluated, which provides a scientific basis for the sustainable utilization of water resources in Nehe city.
