MongHsu ruby deposit was found in 1991, it is known in mining area relatively new, the domestic research on MongHsu ruby deposit less, thus study on the mineral characteristics of the deposit, mineral structure synthesis, is helpful to deepen the understanding of Burma ruby deposit, is of great significance to explore the marble type ruby deposit.(1) The mineral structure is clastic structure and granular structure.(2) The main body of the deposit is dolomite, containing a small amount of magnetic pyrite and calcite, belongs to magnesian marble; The mineral composition of surrounding rock is dominated by calcite and mica, containing a small amount of quartz, albite, tremolite, pyrrhotite, chlorite, garnet metamorphic rocks,The metamorphic facies belong to the greenschist facies.(3) The result of microprobe analysis indicates that surrounding rocks and main ore deposits in the deposit are rich in Al elements. In surrounding rock contains a variety of trace elements Cl、K、Si、Cr、Zn、Ti、Nb etc.(4) Based on the analysis of microstructure and trace elements, the formation process of the ruby deposit is divided into the regional metamorphic diagenesis stage and the thermal dynamic mineralization stage.Deposit the main dolomite formation and regional metamorphism of early low temperature and pressure of the preparation of environmental, after with the temperature rises to 390℃-400℃ around and between calcite and dolomite occurred Mg2+ exchange and surrounding rock of the deposit are transformed into calcite. Also due to increased temperature and pressure, primary rock contained in the water and other volatile components were separated, ②rock pores and cracks in water solvent volatilization, ③From the middle crust secreted containing K, Na and SiO2 chemical hydrothermal, through the above three ways precipitated with H2O and CO2 chemically active fluid will into the calcite mineral and hosted the lattice defects or inclusions in. After the ore body and surrounding rock contact zone happened strong multi period dynamic metamorphism. The rock ruby deposit was strongly extrusion, forming a particle size of less than 0.5mm and the generation of detrital minerals, sericite mineral formation. In this process through metasomatism produced by sodium feldspar.
