With the declining of oil and gas resource, the exploration is becoming more and more difficult. The arise of low osmosis reservoirs, deep and ultra deep well, making oil and gas development in the fracturing and acidizing process more and more important.Fracturing and acidizing fracturing pump is the core component of the device, with the fracturing of the extensive use and development of the site to request a higher fracturing under the pressure of the pump, the greater the impact load, has better overall performance, in order to ensure a higher life in more severe conditions. high-pressure, large delivery volume, high concentrations of acidic media and technology support needs of agents, increase the speed of damage of the fracturing fluid pump cylinder, pump fracturing fluid cylinder is the most important and most expensive parts, so it is necessary to solution Cylinders for strength and fatigue life analysis, using a reasonable approach to enhancement of the hydraulic cylinder to extend the service life of hydraulic cylinder.Using the finite element analysis software, analyse one type of 140 MPa autofre-ttaged end, and find out the weakest part of life,the results showed that the strength of hydraulic cylinder to meet the material requirements, but it lack of fatigue life, it need for Enhancement.Autofrettaged procedur through the application of theoretical is analyzed and investigated, autofrettage procedur hydraulic cylinder is a efficient and economical me-thod for enhancement. On this basis, using software, autofrettaged hydraulic cylinder was calculated and gave a briefing from the increased compression device, the results show that the best self-reinforced hydraulic cylinder pressure is 450MPa.Since the enhanced solution for the cylinder, for the strength analysis and fatigue analysis, and the calculated results with and without self-enhancement of the strength of hydraulic cylinder life were compared. Comparative results show that the hydraulic cylinder from the enhanced fatigue life of self-enhancement relative to their fatigue li-fe of hydraulic cylinder to raise at least 7 times the strength increased by 40%.The results of finite element analysis can be seen on the hydraulic cylinder self-enhancement is to improve the hydraulic cylinder strength and fatigue life of the ef-fective means of hydraulic cylinder manufacturing and process the role of guiding the work.
