Heavy oil reservoirs of fengcheng oilfield buried depth are shallow, viscosity changes range; original temperature formation pressure is low, with small natural drive energy. The currently used Steam Assisted Gravity Drainage (SAGD) rod pump lifting technique greatly improved the recovery ratio. However, many difficult problems still remain and seriously affect the normal production. Due to the high temperature, high water content ratio and high sand production rate of produced liquid, the friction between sucker rods and casing pipes is severe, the emergency of collapse and dropout happened frequently and the pump checking period is short.In order to solve those problems mentioned above, a new kind of artificial lifting technique which named as Steam Assisted Gravity Drainage proposed in this paper. Through extensive literature research and theoretical studies, a feasibility analysis of this process was been conducted, and then the fengcheng SAGD oil production prediction model was been created, focusing on the analysis of inflow performance relationship of SAGD. In addition to this, small software was programmed to design parameter of gas lift, through which I calculated the lifting parameters of heavy oil wells in Fengcheng oilfield in theory.In the first place, the feasibility of SAGD rod pump lifting technique was been analyzed. By reaching lots of information on domestic and foreign heavy oil gas lift, we can found that viscosity of heavy oil in fengcheng oilfield reduced significantly and moisture content increased greatly in the use of SAGD which is similar to the properties of BASUP-53 heavy oil (viscosity of 40~763mPa-s, water content 48.2%) which has been mined successfully. Based on the theory we can figure out that SAGD gas lift lifting technique is feasible.Secondly, the fengcheng SAGD oil production forecast model was been founded in this research. Associated the heat loss calculated results with production mechanism of SAGD, through using the methods of heat transfer and conversation of energy, it built a forecast model of the calculation formula of oil production,analyzed the factors that affect the capacity of the reservoir in this article and cleared the relationship between the oil production and flowing pressure by analyzing the inflow performance of heavy oil wells.According to some researches on heat transfer characteristic of gas lift technology, Beggs-Brill relationship was selected to describe the flow characteristic of pipe flow by comparing and analyzing different multiphase models,, combined with Ramey-Willhit’s well bore heat transfer theory to establish the model of tow-Phase and heat transfer which can be used to predict pressure, temperature, fluid physical parameters and changes of well depth as well as dynamic parameters in lifting tube.Finally, based on the parameters of SAGD gas lifting with no G1V, small software was programmed to design parameter of gas lift, through which I calculated the lifting parameters of heavy oil wells in Fengcheng oilfield in theory.
