This paper studied the effect the effect of the solidification mode (acid coagulation, microwave coagulation, microbiology coagulation), protein content, the amount of ZnO, and purple carbon black modified by resorcinol/hexamine on the raw rubber properties, curing properties, mechanical properties, thermal degradation properties and damping performance of it. The structure and properties of the blends were characterized by SEM, DMA, TQ DTQ DSC and other means.The research of the preparation methods showed that the performance of raw rubber made by the different ways of solidification were not the same. The rubber components of the raw rubber made by three ways of solidification had a certain difference, but the performance had reached the level of the national requirements standard. Microwave coagulation of the vulcanizates had good mechanical properties and thermal stability. Through the analysis of the DMA, the damping performance of the rubber made by the three way of solidification had a certain difference, The Tg of rubber was characterized by microwave coagulation> acid coagulation> microbiological coagulation, the tanδ of rubber was characterized by microbiological coagulation>microwave coagulation>acid coagulation. Different protein content had a certain impact on the damping performance of the natural rubber. With the loss of the protein content, the tensile strength of the natural rubber vulcanizates showed a trend of increase, but its performance after aging rate were on the decline. Protein content had a little effect on the thermal stability of natural rubber, with the reduction of protein content, the damping performance of natural rubber improved.The research of the formula composition showed that with the increase of dosage of ZnO, rubber scorch time and curing time were slightly longer; The tensile strength of the vulcanizates first increased and then decreased, and tear strength showed a trend of increase and had little influence on thermal stability. The Tg of the vulcanizates didn’t vary that much, and tanδ showed a trend of increase at the first, then decreased, When the quality of the ZnO number was9, rubber shock absorption performances were better. The purple carbon black modified by resorcin/six methyl tetramine improved the mechanical properties of NR rubber, and the glass transition temperature of the NR with the modified purple carbon black was higher than that of unmodified, damping factor was relatively high, the effective damping temperature had moved toward the high temperature, the damping performance of modified were relatively well.
