With the improvement of Jianshan phosphate rock production capacity, blasting scale is more and more big,meanwhile,with the increase of the number of blasting,blasting effect and vibration problems is more prominent; In order to improve the Jianshan phosphate rock blasting effect and reduce the influence of blasting vibration of residents around the mine, combining with the subject of The Features of High and Steep Slope Nearby and Villiges’ Complex Rock in the Open Air with the Layering Blasting Technology Research and Development.From January2012to December2013, it is last2years, more than30production blasting tests have been carried out.This article is based on Jianshan phosphate rock blasting experiment field production, through the Sa Road Minkowski formula and regression analysis, calculating the regularity of blasting vibration transmission about Jianshan stope, Haifeng and blasting area to the surrounding villages. Finding out the factors that affecting blasting effect, using the wide space and the small burden blasting mechanism design of blasting scheme.Combined with theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, studied and analyzed the different burden ratio at drilling and the influence law of delay time of blasting effect, and implementation of the different schemes of20times in site test, gives the boulder frequency is low, vibration reduction rate is higher, the excavation effect is better, a large quantity of linear meter blasting comprehensive optimal hole pattern parameter and delay time.Making the blasting vibration wave load structure model of numerical calculation, analyzing the dynamic response of structure under the effect of blasting load, comparing national standard to evaluate the safety degree of structure under loading waveform excitation; And geometric enlarged vibration amplitude, it is concluded that the surrounding villages building structure damage critical proportion of blasting vibration velocity and the maximum allowable dosage, provides guidance for mine safety work.
