In recent years, the pipeline as a lot of oil, natural gas, the fossil energy such as economic, safe and reliable means of transportation, in today’s rapid economic growth has been widely used throughout the world. At the same time, Pipeline transportation safety issues have become increasingly prominent, if the Slurry pipeline in the event of blockage, the pipeline pressure will increase, when the pressure increases to a certain extent will cause the whole pipeline pump, production stopped, which the situation has become seriously can causes the damage of equipment. How to quickly and accurately detect the blockage point is of great significance for maintaining the safe operation of the slurry pipeline, due to the slurry pipeline blockage detection and localization method involves multiple disciplines of hydrodynamics, sensor technology, signal detection and signal processing, etc.so the slurry pipeline blockage detection and localization has become an important research topic.This paper concentrates for iron pipe blockage detection and location detection method is studied, which analyzes the basic principles of pipeline hydrodynamics, analyzes the basic principles and factors influencing pipeline pressure loss through mathematical analysis of slurry pipeline blockage, and in-depth study of the slurry pipeline blockage detection and localization. The main work in the following areas:(1) In the pipeline fluid mechanics, rheology theory, analyzes the factors that influence the resistance loss of the slurry pipeline, including the nature of the slurry, the flow rate of the main factors, diameter, and the concentration of hormone transportation and other transportation.(2) Analysis of the slurry pipeline pressure loss calculation model based on experimental data corrected model parameters, and focuses on the resistance loss greater impact on the pipeline flow rate Concentration.(3) Analysis of the key issues in the slurry pipeline blockage positioning and pressure wave propagation speed of the pressure wave studied factors.(4) Fixed a slurry pipeline blockage positioning model, through mathematical reasoning put forward a new and accurate search interval plugging point, the application of numerical integration job search methods and plugging point, improving positioning algorithm computational efficiency and accuracy.
