In order to search for new route method what is more simple, more efficient,non polluting for the synthesis of pyrazole compounds. On the basis of our fromerwork,the new route wtat synthesize pyrazole ring and32unreported compounds weredesign. We hope the new route for synthesis of pyrazole compounds what were usedin the special field of medicine,pesticide, paint and which field needs pyrazolecompounds.(1)、We get ketone through Friedel Crafts reaction between benzene compounds andacetylchloride and phenylacetylchloride,then ketones and hydrazine hydrate tosynthesis I lydrazone, Hydrazone synthesis alkene hydrazine when acid ascatalyst,then react with the2.4-carbonyl form pyrazole ring (route as follows). Theroute to realize from the ketone compound transition to the pyrazole compounds andthe reaction process is a direct dehydration to form ring, process are simple, nopollution and reaction yield reached above90%.(2) In order to study of pyrazole compounds further, we used the pyrazolecompounds which is synthesis by new route as lead compounds withN-bromosuccinimide, N-Chlorosuccinimide and Bromum to replaced the hydrogen ofpyrazole ring, then form halogenated pyra/ole compounds. Synthesis of16compounds what have not been repotred. The target compounds of general formula isas follows: Two series of compounds were characterized by NMR spectra,TR spectra andMS spectra, And the spectrum was primary analyzed. Preliminary study on themechanism of synthesis of pyrazole ring and study the method that hydrogen ofpyrazole ring and double bond of are replaced.Commissioned the Shanghai Institute of organic chemistry to completedtoxicity prediction of the some target compounds, The prediction results show that thedesign target compound (5a),(5b),(5C),(5d),(5e),(5H),(6a),(7a),(7b) have acertain biological activity.Commissioned the Zhejiang Research Institute of chemical measurement centerof safety evaluation, completed insecticidal activity,herbicidal and fungicidal activityscreening of the (5a-5n).(6a-6e).(7a-7d),(8a),(9a-9c) and (10a-10c) compounds. Theexperimental results show, the (7a) has certain control effect on cucumber downymildew.(7b),(10a) and (10c) have a certain control effect on cucumber powderymildew.(5c) and (5d) have high inhibitory activity on sorghum, barnyard grass, rapeand radish.
