With the development of economy, zinc resources of mining, appear the situation of shortage, so the development and utilization of low zinc concentration in the solution of resource is imperative. Using solvent extraction from the extraction of metal ions in the solution, good selectivity, separation effect is good. P204is used widely, the zinc extraction agent with better effect.Based on P204extraction agent, in normal condition and micro reactor under the condition of the research on zinc extraction process. Under normal conditions, the extraction temperature, oscillation time, compared to the influence of zinc extraction rate; For micro reactor under the condition, has studied the micro reactor temperature and flow rate on the influence of zinc extraction rate. And the conventional and micro reactor under the condition of extraction process in order to analyze and compare. Zinc ion concentration for the15g/L solution containing zinc as the research object.Conventional zinc extraction conditions of the research results show that the zinc in P204as extraction agent, under the condition of sulfonated kerosene as diluent, can effectively achieve the separation of zinc. Neutralizing agent is added in the extraction system can be greatly improved zinc extraction process, other things equal, zinc extraction rate increased by30%. Under same neutralization agent, zinc extraction rate compared with extractant concentration and the increase of O/A.Microfluidic conditions, studied the factors such as micro reactor temperature, velocity, saponification for zinc extraction rate. Velocity has a little effect on extraction rate, compared with zinc, zinc ion concentration, saponification of extraction rate significantly, the influence of the saponification of zinc extraction rate is most affected, compared, zinc ion concentration in the same situation, saponification zinc can improve the extraction rate was30%. When the concentration of extraction solvent was30%, compared to the O/A was3:2, the saponification rate was60%, and shock time5min, stratification of the let stand for10min, zinc single-stage extraction rate above97.1%.Under routine conditions and microfluidics results of response surface analysis: extractant P204as zinc under routine conditions, sulfonated kerosene as diluent, other conditions under the condition of the optimal concentration at30g/L, compared with2, saponification rate60%for conditions for experiments, the experimental results of experiment is97.1%; Microfluidics to concentration under the condition of22.5g/L, compared to1.75, saponification rate of40%for the conditions of experiment, through the micro fluid extraction, the experiment of test results was94.37%. Optimization results show that the micro fluid is better than conventional conditions, under the condition of micro fluid under the same experimental conditions under the condition of extraction rate increased by0.3%.
