On The Construction Of Ecological Civilization Under The Guidance Of Marxist Ecology

The ecological environment problem is a natural historical process, which is producedin the process of social development. The relationships between human and nature isbeing unfair. The human always think of themselves as the master of nature. In orderto meet their own needs, according to their wishes and requirements, any natural to berebuilt and utilization, the establishment of a major cause; antagonism between manand nature at the expense of natural conditions to promote social progress“Anthropocentrism” point of view. In certain historical stage, human impact on thenatural deeper, conflict between man and nature is more intensified. The deep-seatedreason of this problem is the product of a certain stage in the development of socialproductivity, and the development of social productive forces not fully.Marx pointed out that the human being itself is the natural existence, productivity isthe most important and active factors, production practice is the most basic practice,the object is human nature, the social productive forces is a liberating unlimiteddevelopment process, but the practice is not unlimited, but should have control, thiscontrol is respect for nature. Humanization of nature in the process, also should paymore attention to and understanding of human nature, so to solve ecological problemsmust start from the root, vigorously develop the productive forces is the basic way tosolve ecological problems, at the same time, increase the government’s macroscopicguidance, make productivity towards conductive to economic development andenvironment protection. Human life and production will not have any menace fromthe “rear”, to achieve economic and social sustainable development.The first two parts of this article according to the Marx philosophy basic principle, tothe relationship between man and nature and its essence as the starting point ofdiscussion, that human is the nature existence, human have the natural attributes; atsame time, also has the social attribute, human have the ability of understanding andcorrect use of the law of nature. Therefore, human not only have the natural attributes,but also has the social attribute, which has dual status in nature. On this basis, analysisof human subjectivity, people in practice show their own independent, self, subjectivefeature free; through the transformation of nature, to realize human’s comprehensivedevelopment.In the third part mainly analyses and discusses the theory of ecological civilizationconstruction of our country, is to develop the theory of constructing a harmonioussocialist society is the main idea of the scientific outlook on development.The fourth part of the paper analyses the current situation of ecological problems. TheChinese ecological problems is facing more and more serious. These ecologicalproblems including: air pollution, water pollution, acid rain, soil erosion, deforestation,desertification grassland.The fifth part focuses on the analyses of the countermeasures and measures ofecological civilization construction of socialism. To build environment-friendlysociety, first of all to improve the regulation of human activities, through thetransformation of the economic growth mode transformation, develop ecological consciousness, good consumer attitudes gradually reverse the system construction,establish and improve the ecological compensation mechanism of ecological, strictsupervision, provide the powerful safeguard for Chinese sustainable development ofecological environment.
