In this thesis, submerged arc welding flux material is difficult to fast, accurate qualitative detection problem, the chemical composition of submerged arc welding flux analysis. In view of the current method for analysis of submerged arc welding flux is no instrument, and can not meet the needs of daily analysis of current analysis method, proposed by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy as a means of analysis submerged arc welding flux detection, and established analytical method. This paper is divided into three chapters, the main contents are as follows:The first chapter introduces the research background, significance, briefly introduces the analysis of the characteristics and advantages of inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy analysis technology, discusses the necessity of submerged arc welding flux detecting chemical components, and the current submerged arc welding flux standard analysis the status of the system analysis.The second chapter studies the composition analysis of the submerged arc welding flux materials by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy. Methods using alkaline fusion treatment submerged arc welding flux sample, followed by acidification, precipitating silicon elements in samples with animal glue complex, filtration and washing the filter residue weight method, the filtrate was detected by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. With optimized instrument parameters and working conditions, choose the suitable analytical spectral lines of elements. The standard curve of each element is established, the linear correlation coefficient is greater than0.999, RSD<5%. Using internal standard method toOptimize the detection of phosphorus, compared the animal glue condensation method and CTMAB impact on the test results, and the comparison test and analysis the traditional wet hand. For the same sample, compared with the XRF method, reflects the accuracy of the method is XRF detection method without calibration.The third chapter in the analysis for welding auxiliary materials enterprises, set up the enterprise standard.At present, only a handful of enterprise analysis of chemical composition of submerged arc welding flux, the method is also more than EDTA volumetric method and spectrophotometry. Because the flux industry standards (only for smelting flux) is relatively backward, but difficult to implement the operation, this method will change the status quo. Due to the lack of domestic flux standard, standard, as an attempt of the method for the establishment of flux standard, standard system to lay the foundation.
