For domestic and international presence in the design of oil sand slotted screen, most of people attention drainage area and sand, and ignore the strength of screens and processing technology, and fracture and failure of sand and other construction problem when them are used underground, we put forward a complete design of slotted screen. It full consideration of the complex formation and acidic environment and heavy oil environment, etc, reservoir fluid flow and fluid sand-carrying capacity of the state and other factors including the proposed slotted screen selection, sand, corrosion and scale control and manufacturing process design theory, combined with the current reservoir geological and environmental conditions, fluid flow condition and fluid state sand-carrying capacity and other factors in oil and gas reservoir, this paper proposed the complete design theory including the material selection, sand control, anticorrosion, antiscale, manufacturing.Currently, there are two main processing methods of slotted screen at home which include Laser cutting and CBN grinding. This paper measured the surface roughness, the surface and surronding tissue of the seam, property, anticorrosion and antiscale of the two main domestic processing of sollted screen under oil-gas reservoir environmental condition. Accoring to finite element abalysis, the different slotted ways contributed to different organizationa performance changes on the collapsing strength and compresion strength. Based on the result, we got a conclusion that slotted screen manufactured by CBN grinding is better than it’s proceeded by Layer cutting since CBN grinding makes the slotted sceen have low surface roughness, high degree of finish and collapse resistance, and small thermal damage to the base material. In addition, the surface caused by high speed grinding which with the discontinuous thin Iron boride is very useful to improve slotted screen’s ability toprotect from sand, build a good sand carrying fluid flow path. And the corrosion and scaling resistence of slotted screen manufactured by CBN grinding is better.By the cutting slot, rolling, contraction test device of cold processing CBN slotted screen which was designed and manufactured according to the theory of cold plastic deformation of metals in rolling, the contraction joints technology test of N80steel slotted screen under different rolling pressure and the impact on shape of the seam after constriction were studied. At the same time, the surface and matrix organizational structure and property after cold rolled slit compression processing were analyzed. The results are as follows:The rolling joint processing after CBN cutting can form a slot with a width of0.1mm, improve the hardness of slot surface, and the formed doubled curved shape slot has a strong ability of self-cleaning, which can effectively enhance the capabilities of slotted screen to withstand fine sand.
