Research And Realization Of Safety Evaluation Method For Drilling Operation Based On Gray Clustering

Oil and gas drilling operation as a direct provider of oil has a crucial role in the nation economic system. Oil and gas drilling is not a more than one type of work, multi-process, interchange, continuous operation of the system works, but also a very subtle underground engineering. These processes determine the characteristics of a variety of hidden insecurity in the oil and gas drilling process, if not effectively prevent. prone to all kinds of accidents, endangering the safety of operations, but also caused huge losses to state property. For the frequent occurrence of accidents in drilling operation, it is urgent to speed up research and development evaluation of drilling operation safety. However, due to the complexity and randomness of oil and gas drilling risks, measuring their risk exists great difficulties. The traditional safety assessment methods which is commonly used has been unable to meet the needs of safety evaluation of oil and gas drilling operation.According to the characteristics of the drilling operation, this paper carried out the research work of the following several aspects:(1)In paper, analyzing the Possible risk factors in drilling operation and may lead to the causes of drilling accident, on the basis of the existing industry security evaluation and related security evaluation, it study on the drilling operation safety evaluation index system, in view of the danger and harm factors in the process of drilling operation, and the possibility of the characteristics of drilling engineering accident, establishing the evaluation index system;(2)Due to the drilling operation system is nonlinear, structural relationships is not entirely clear and connotation can’t use a specific mathematical function expression According to the above problem, in this paper, the grey clustering method of safety evaluation model is set up. It provides a new technical way and a more scientific quantitative basis for the establishment of the drilling operation safety evaluation. It has practical significance for ensuring the safety of drilling operation;(3)The data will be used in the drilling safety evaluation model based on grey clustering for evaluating the security situation of oil and gas drilling operation.(4) It designs and implement drilling operation safety assessment module based on grey clustering.
