The special-shaped singular-one cone bit is a new cone bit, which is based on the design of the spherical-one cone. There are several issues need to be deeply researched about the singular-one cone bit. For example, the ruggedness of the bit tooth, the load distribution of the cone bearing, and the ruggedness of the cone bearing. However, the research of the bit tooth load is the base for the research of the above issues. Taking above all into considering, the thesis is about the experiment and test of the load of the singular-one cone bit tooth under different drilling pressure, different rock structures. The load of the singular-one cone bit tooth has been not tested till now. So the data of the bit tooth load got in this research is hoped to lay the base for the design and optimization of this new cone bit.The thesis is mainly about the studies of the principle of the tooth load testing, experiment bit design, experiment data processing method. The main work is as follows:(1) The difference of the singular-one cone bit among other kinds of bits has been compared. And the basic theory of singular-one cone bit geometry, kinematics and teeth bit mechanics and mechanics has also been researched.(2) According to the experiment content and experiment principle, the tooth load sensor, the experiment bit and related parts have been designed. And according to the experimental steps, the strain gauge paste, sensor installation and experimental bit assembly are carried out.(3) The tooth load sensor, drilling pressure and torque sensor calibration has been calibrated which ensures the reliability of test data. And with the combination of different drilling pressure and rocks as experimental conditions, the test of bit teeth load axial force, tangential force and radial force of the two kinds of bits with different cone structure has been carried out.(4) For the main experimental error, wavelet de-noising, testing error elimination, sensor decoupling method is adopted to deal with the experimental data and the data statistics and analysis of the experimental data is processed also. (5) Through the experimental data statistics and analysis, tooth load distribution and change rule under different experimental conditions of the two kinds of special-shaped singular-one cone bits are summed up; and combining with the cone structure, a preliminary analysis of the causes of tooth load change rule was carried out theoretically.
