| Laser surgery is widely used in discosmetic dermatosis treatment in recent years, about1/4of skin disease patients need laser treatment. But laser surgery could damage the normal structure and function of the skin; the skin becomes dry, sensitive, and appeared different degree of swelling, bleeding, pigmentation, even scarring and other side reactions. Therefore, the development of the product which could repairing the skin barrier after laser surgery and reducing the side effects has very important clinical significance and social economic benefits.The biological characteristics of hyaluronic acid, such as unique physicochemical properties, no antigenicity and immunogenicity, hyaluronic acid has been widely used in medical, but used in laser surgery has not been reported. Hyaluronic acid help to heal the wounds, to promot skin regeneration and inhibit scar formation, has a good application prospect in the related skin diseases; Collagen has excellent characteristics in accelerating wound repair, astringent, reduce pain and pigmentation.According to the safety test of different molecular weight hyaluronic acid (o-HA, MMW-HA)and different sources of collagen (fish collagen, bovine), the MMW-HA, O-HA and fish collagen three kinds of materials can match the product needs. Through the composition test, stability test, performance test, TEWL test and further skin test, stability test and verify anti-corrosion challenge, with stability and good product performance, the No.7(with collagen) and No.9sample can match the comsumers needs.According to the requirements of medical device, developed a dressing product after laser surgery with sodium hyaluronate to repair the skin barrier and reduce side reaction. Through the clinical verification of this product, efficiency rate of laser surgery care reached94.4%, efficiency rate of sensitive skin care reached53.2%, and no adverse reaction can match the clinical requirements. |
